I am a graduate from Devry University, and currently attending Sacramento City College. I currently work full time at CalPER's and have been writing code (programming) for the last 5 years outside of school. I enjoy programming; however, I have discovered that no matter how much you think you know about programming there is always more to learn. I believe that in order to master something then you need to learn and experience everything that you can about it.

I currently am 35 years old, over 6 feet tall, brown hair, hazel eyes, and I weigh about 200 lbs. I currently work at CalPER's and have been recently promoted to my new position as a Staff Programmer Analyst. I have learned how to code using Java and have been doing so for the last year. I feel that I have contributed a great deal for the website and believe that I will continue to do so throughout my career at CalPER's.

I grew up in a small town called Lakeside, which is in the San Diego county, located in southern CA. I moved up to Sacramento CA and got married to my beautiful wife. We have been married for the last 11 years and now we have 2 wonderful kids. I enjoy going to movies, spending time with my family, doing puzzles, video games, writing code, playing Magic The Gathering card game, Star Wars Role Playing Game, fine dinning as well as great food that isn't considered fine dinning.
 
My next challenge in life is to overcome my fear of traveling so that I can take my family across the world.

CalPER's

CalPER's is a decent company to work for, if you work for the public sector. I enjoy the workload and seem to handle the overwhelming pressures that occur on the day-to-day basis. I hope that my career here will flourish that I may grow and hone my programming skills to better handle much more challenging tasks.
